What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy can help you achieve the activities and goals that are important to you. Occupations are any meaningful activities you use to occupy your time. This includes anything from getting dressed, to participating in your hobbies or work activities. Sometimes poor health can get in the way of us achieving the things we would like to. This is where occupational therapy comes in. Your therapist will be able to assess the difficulties you are having with your activities, then provide recommendations and solutions to overcome or remove these barriers.

Services

Services are available online and in-person throughout Fife, Scotland, as well as the surrounding areas. Whether you prefer remote support or local, face-to-face assistance, AJB is here to help.
